Mr. N. D. Voloshin is the current Chief Executive Officer of Cavitation Technologies. Mr. Voloshin has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, marketing, asset management, business operations, and IPO’s prior to joining Cavitation Technologies, Inc. Mr. Voloshin was a President and Chairman of the Board of Regional Broker Dealer, Member of FINRA and NYSE from 1998 to 2012. Mr. Voloshin was Chief Operating Officer of a Real Estate Investment Fund from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Voloshin has served on a board of Frontier Mining Limited, USA-AIM Listed in UK and Turan Petroleum, Inc USA Mr. Voloshin has joined Cavitation Technologies, Inc in 2012 and became Chief Financial Officer in 2013. In 2014, Mr.Voloshin has successfully raised approximately $1.5M in equity financing for the Company.
Founder of CVAT
Roman Gordon is the founder of the Company. He brings more than fifteen years of experience in business management and energy risk management to CTi. He served as a member of the Board of Directors, CEO and Secretary of the Company since its inception. In June of 2011, he was appointed as CTi’s Chief Technology officer. His work in the area of Hydrodynamic Cavitation in the past years has been in the area of R&D and modeling of cavitation dynamics for industrial applications. Roman Gordon is the author of many issued by both USPTO and international patent applications in the area of Hydrodynamic Cavitation, oil refining, and electrocoagulation.
Head of Research
Maxim Promtov is head of research and development at CTi. Mr. Promtov was department chair and later Dean for the Technological Processes, Devices and Technospheric Safety department to one of the largest education institutions in Russia, Tambov State Technical University.
He was with the Tambov State Technical University for more than 25 years where he first started as engineer R&D in 1986.
He received a degree in chemical engineering in 1986. He holds a Doctorate in Technical Sciences (DrS) and a PhD for the process of emulsification, dispersion, dissolving and extraction in the pulse flows of heterogeneous liquids in rotor devices. Maxim is the author of more than 100 research papers, 23 patents and 9 study guides on cavitational technologies for the preparation of emulsions and suspensions, extractions, valuable biologically-active substances from vegetative and other raw material.

Jim Fuller was formerly Senior Vice President of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He was nominated by President Ronald Reagan as the Director of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) and was appointed as the Director of the SIPC for six years. In addition to his decades of experience in the securities markets, Jim Fuller sat on the Board of Trustees of the University of California, Santa Cruz. He received his BS in Political Science from San Jose State University and his MBA from California State University, Fresno. A veteran in the financial industry and a seasoned executive, Jim Fuller brings extensive knowledge and expertise in management and operations, including executive leadership
Founder of CVAT
Igor Gorodnitsky is the founder of the Cavitation Technologies and currently, serves as the President and Principal Executive Officer of CTi. As a Senior Hazmat Specialist with over twenty years of experience, he has coordinated and successfully completed over 500 emergency hazardous material cleanups. He has effectively advised the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services on many specialized situations, both emergency and non-emergency, such as, confined space entries into asphalt storage silos; emergency confined space entry into the aggregate dryer; hazmat cleanup of the hot oil tanks; cleanup and removal of spilled liquids and hardened asphalt; and coordinated the remediation of La Brea tar spills. His vast experience with hazardous materials became an impetus for his vision of CTi: a company devoted to green technologies and solutions.
Dr. Bailey has over 50 years of experience in the international petroleum industry. He is a former President of Exxon – Arabian Gulf and prior to that, served in various operating capacities for major oil producers throughout the Middle East and in the U.S. onshore and offshore sectors. Dr. Bailey is currently the Chairman of Bailey Petroleum, LLC, a consulting firm for major oil and gas exploration and development corporations. In addition, during his extensive career, Dr. Bailey has served in a variety of C-Suite and Board capacities for several oil & gas enterprises.
Dr. Bailey holds a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, an MS Degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a PhD Degree from Columbia Pacific University and is a graduate of Engineering Doctoral Studies from Lamar University.
Vijay S. Moholkar is advisory board member of CTI. Mr. Moholkar has been working in the field of cavitation, sonochemistry and its application for intensification of various physical and chemical processes since 1993. He received B. Chem. Engg. (Bachelor of Chemical Engineering) and M. Chem. Engg. (Master of Chemical Engineering) degrees from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India (formerly known as University Department of Chemical Technology) in 1993 and 1996, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from University of Twente, the Netherlands in 2002 for work on intensification of wet textile treatments with ultrasound. Mr. Moholkar joined Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT), Assam, India in May 2004 (after a brief stint at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan, India between October 2002 – May 2004). I was promoted two times since then: in November 2008 as Associate Professor and in January 2013 as full Professor. He also held several administrative positions in my institute such as Head, Chemical Engineering Department (April 2012 – March 2015), Secretary, Department Postgraduate Program Committee (2008-10), Chairman, Department Faculty Appraisal Committee (2013-15) and Member, Steering Committee for Center for Energy, IIT Guwahati (2008-12). As my academic assignments at IIT Guwahati and BITS include teaching of several undergraduate and graduate level courses in chemical engineering curricula such as mass transfer, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, process design and project engineering, fluidization engineering, petrochemicals, materials science, thermodynamics, computational transport phenomena and separation process principles. As of May 2015, He published 92 research papers on ultrasound and cavitation assisted physical and chemical processes in reputed international journals. These papers have addressed diverse physical and chemical processes assisted by ultrasound and cavitation such as intensification of wet textile treatment, degradation/ mineralization of bio-recalcitrant pollutants appearing in industrial wastewater, emulsion (homo- and co-) polymerization, synthesis of polymer nanocomposites, synthesis of nanoparticles of metal ferrites and their application for photo-catalysis and heterogeneous Fenton process, sono-hybrid advanced oxidation processes (combining ultrasound/cavitation with conventional advanced oxidation processes), oxidative and bio-desulfurization of fuel, synthesis of liquid biofuels such as biodiesel, bioethanol and biobutanol from cheap feedstocks and upgradation of crude glycerol to value added products. His papers have received more than 2000 citations (as per Google Scholar records) so far with an h-index of 27.
